Barring the final season, the first four seasons of The Boy were generally released between June and September. Gen V, on the other hand, had both of its seasons premiere in September. If the showrunners follow a similar trend for the upcoming spin-off series, it should arrive sometime between June and September at the earliest.

Reportedly, when Amazon held the special screening of The Boys’ finale in theaters, it also revealed a teaser for Vought Rising. It reportedly featured a small clip of Soldier Boy expressing his desire to fight and be a hero for the country. Given the fact that the show already has a teaser, fans can expect the spin-off to arrive as estimated.

During an interview, creator Eric Kripke teased what fans can expect in the new series. He explained that it will explore the first subjects of the Compound V, such as Soldier Boy, Bombsight, and Stormfront.

During a different interview, he assured that the characters from the canceled Gen V show will return in “other VCU projects on the horizon.” If this is any indication, Marie Moreau and other Godolkin heroes could appear in Vought Rising.
