White House Mocks Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s MSG Marriage Announcement: ‘Trump is Your President’

White House Mocks Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s MSG Marriage Announcement: ‘Trump is Your President’

The White House is spoofing Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding message as the couple’s celebrations continue.

Posting via its official X account on Friday, July 3, The White House posted a parody of Swift and Kelce, both 36, announced that they were officially newlyweds.

Just after the pair exchanged vows at Madison Square Garden in New York City, digital billboards outside the venue read, “JusT&T Married.”

The White House’s fake version of the billboards instead read, “Trump is your president.” The post was captioned, “IT’S HAPPENED!!!”

Just hours before Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are expected to get married, President Donald Trump inserted himself into the conversation by sharing an Eras Tour-themed poster that featured himself. The White House’s X account shared a photo on Thursday, July 2, inspired by Swift’s Eras Tour poster, which included a black and white photo […]

President Donald Trump also shared a different social media post referencing the “Bad Blood” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end before their big day.

Trump inserted himself into the conversation on Thursday, July 2, by sharing an Eras Tour-themed poster that featured an image of himself holding his fist in the air.

Trump’s photo was in the center of the poster. Surrounding him were colorful images of historic figures such as Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln as well as iconic moments in history such as the moon landing.

“It’s been a long time coming…” the caption read on the White House post, referencing Swift’s 2019 song “Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince.”

Trump’s social media posts were likely an attempt to troll the couple as the president has been vocal about his dislike for the Grammy winner in the past.

After Swift endorsed Trump’s 2024 presidential election rival, then-Vice President Kamala Harris, the former Celebrity Apprentice host slammed the singer online.

News of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s internet-breaking engagement has officially hit the White House. While taking questions during a public cabinet meeting on Tuesday, August 26, President Donald Trump reacted to the news that the pop star and Kansas City Chiefs tight end were officially, after two years of dating, planning a trip down […]

“I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!” he wrote via Truth Social in September 2024. In May 2025, Trump threw more shade at Swift via Truth Social. “Has anyone noticed that, since I said ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,’ she’s no longer ‘HOT?’” he posted at the time.

While Trump has been critical of Swift, he also complimented the couple when asked about their engagement in August 2025.

“Well, I wish them a lot of luck,” Trump said after he was asked to weigh in on the news by a reporter, per footage shared by CSPAN at the time. “No, I think he’s a great player. I think he’s a great guy. And I think that she’s a terrific person, so I wish them a lot of luck.”

After first being linked in summer 2023, Swift and Kelce announced their engagement in August 2025 by sharing a photo of the NFL star proposing to Swift on one knee. “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” Swift captioned the post.

The display is useful, but the little winky-faced screensaver is not. I do like knowing the time and how much charge each device is pulling, in addition to the total power draw, but the animated movement is distracting when caught out of the corner of my eye. It’s also a bit too bright for my taste when perched on my nightstand. Fortunately, I can turn the display off with a tap of a button.

I like that the Kuxiu D5 ships with a 45W USB-C PD charger in the box. Otherwise, you’d have to guess if whatever charger you have lying around will support the dock’s max total output, which can deliver up to 25W to Qi2.2-compatible phones, 2.5W to Qi-compatible watches, and 5W to Qi-compatible earbuds. It seems to include the display and fan in its total. By that count, I’d be happier if this was a 4-in-1 device, since the added cost for the display won’t add much value for most people, and it can only cause issues down the road.

The watch charger is also a little silly in its over-engineering. A long-press on the dock’s sole button kicks off a tiny motor to slowly push the watch dock out the side.
