The Buffalo Bills are headed back to the Divisional Round for the sixth straight season. The Bills won a back-and-forth affair 27-24 after Josh Allen led them on a game-winning drive in the final three minutes. The game saw seven lead changes and came down to the final minute. The Bills converted a 4th and 1 with one of the most impressive QB dive plays we’ve ever seen before Allen punched it in from the one yard line. Buffalo is headed to the Divisional Round to face one of a handful of teams depending on the outcome of the remaining Wild Card games.

Buffalo Bills’ next playoff opponent

Sunday result: The Patriots beat the Chargers on Sunday evening, which means the Bills are the worst remaining seed in the AFC playoff bracket. They will travel to face the Broncos in the Divisional Round.

The Bills will find out their Divisional Round opponent either tonight after Chargers-Patriots or Monday after Texans-Steelers closes Wild Card weekend. The NFL re-seeds and as the No. 6 seed could face one of four different opponents. If the Patriots beat the Chargers on Sunday evening, Buffalo would travel to Denver next week. If the Chargers beat the Patriots, the Bills would travel to face the winner of Monday’s Texans-Steelers game.

The Bills and Broncos last played a year ago in the AFC Wild Card Round. The Bills thumped the Bo Nix-led Broncos 31-7 en route to an AFC Championship appearance.

Duke is launching a pioneering partnership with Amazon that includes streaming three men’s basketball games next season on Prime Video.

Amazon’s first foray into broadcasting live college sports will feature the Blue Devils’ games against UConn on Nov. 25 in Las Vegas, reigning national champion Michigan at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Dec. 21, and Gonzaga on Feb. 20 in Detroit.

Kopitar is no stranger to the award, presented annually to the NHL player who best combines sportsmanship, gentlemanly conduct and ability. He won the award in 2015-16, 2022-23, 2024-25.

The award, which will be voted on by the Professional Hockey Writers Association, will be announced at a later date.


Kopitar, 38, recorded 38 points (12 goals, 26 assists) and committed five minor penalties while competing in his 20th and final NHL season. He is bidding to become the first back-to-back winner of the award since Martin St. Louis accomplished the feat for the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2009-10 and 2010-11.
