दुनिया के लिए मिसाल बना भारत का चुनाव तंत्र, मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार बोले- मध्यप्रदेश में एसआईआर मॉडल सबसे पारदर्शी

नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, इंदौर। भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार शनिवार को इंदौर पहुंचे। उन्हाेंने बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों (बीएलओ) से संवाद करते हुए कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश के विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर) और मतदाता सूची के परिशोधन का कार्य अत्यंत पारदर्शी, व्यवस्थित और दक्ष तरीके से पूरा कर देश के लिए आदर्श प्रस्तुत किया है। जिस गुणवत्ता और पारदर्शिता के साथ यह अभियान मध्यप्रदेश में संचालित हुआ है, वैसा उदाहरण अन्य राज्यों में दुर्लभ है।

उन्होंने कहा कि भारत की चुनावी प्रक्रिया विश्व की सबसे पारदर्शी और विश्वसनीय व्यवस्थाओं में शामिल है, जहां मतदाता सूची निर्माण से लेकर मतदान और मतगणना तक हर चरण में राजनीतिक दलों और प्रत्याशियों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित होती है। इसी भरोसे के कारण भारत वर्ष 2026 में इंटरनेशनल आइडिया की अध्यक्षता कर रहा है।

तला ऑडिटोरियम में हुए कार्यक्रम में निर्वाचन आयुक्त ने कहा कि निर्वाचन आयोग का लक्ष्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि कोई भी पात्र नागरिक मतदाता सूची से वंचित न रहे और कोई अपात्र नाम सूची में शामिल न हो। इसके लिए एसआईआर अभियान के तहत मृत, स्थानांतरित, डुप्लीकेट और अपात्र मतदाताओं की पहचान कर सूची को अधिक शुद्ध बनाया गया। देश में लगभग 95 करोड़ मतदाता हैं और चुनाव प्रक्रिया के संचालन में करीब 1.80 करोड़ चुनावकर्मी भाग लेते हैं।

उन्होंने निर्वाचन आयोग के डिजिटल प्लेटफार्म ईसीआई नेट एप को बेहतर बताते हुए कहा कि इससे बीएलओ और मतदाताओं के बीच सीधा संपर्क मजबूत हुआ है। एसआईआर अभियान की उपलब्धियों और नवाचारों पर आधारित काफी टेबल बुक का विमोचन भी किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी संजीव कुमार झा, संभागायुक्त डा. सुदाम खाड़े, संयुक्त मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी राम प्रताप सिंह जादौन तथा कलेक्टर शिवम वर्मा उपस्थित रहे।

इंदौर में 4.47 लाख से अधिक नाम हटे

एसआइआर प्रक्रिया के दौरान इंदाैर की सभी नो विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में 28.67 लाख से अधिक मतदाताओं के फार्म 2625 बीएलओ द्वारा भरे गए। इसमें 24.20 लाख मतदाता की मैपिंग 2003 की मतदाता सूची से हुई, जबकि प्रक्रिया के बाद 4.47 लाख मतदाताओं के नाम मतदाता सूची से हटे थे। इंदौर में 6.67 लाख से अधिक मतदाताओं को नोटिस जारी कर सुनवाई की गई और दस्तावेजों की जांच की गई।

बीएलओ से मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने किया संवाद

– बीएलओ :- मतदाता सूची की पारदर्शिता के लिए आधार को अनिवार्य किया जाना चाहिए।

– मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त :– आधार न जन्म और न ही नागरिकता का प्रमाण है, इसलिए अनिवार्य नहीं किया गया।

बीएलओ :- स्थानीय चुनाव की मतदाता सूची और एसआइआर के बाद शुद्ध हुई केंद्रीय सूची को क्यो नहीं जोड़ा जा रहा?

आयुक्त :– दोनों चुनाव प्रक्रियाओं का विधान अलग-अलग है, इसलिए सूची को एक नहीं किया जा सकता।
