नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, इंदौर। देवास जिले के टोंककलां में संचालित पटाखा फैक्ट्री में हुए भीषण धमाके में घायलों को उपचार के लिए इंदौर लाया गया है। एमवाय अस्पताल में भर्ती तीन मरीजों की हालत गंभीर बनी हुई है, यह 90 प्रतिशत तक जल गए है। चार घायल चोइथराम अस्पताल में भर्ती है, यह 10 से 15 प्रतिशत तक जले हैं। इस भीषण हादसे के बाद भी इलाज में भी प्रशासन की लापरवाही सामने आई है। देवास से जिन मरीजों को उपचार के लिए इंदौर भेजा गया, उन्हें वहां प्राथमिक उपचार तक नहीं दिया गया। मरीजों को सीधे एंबुलेंस से इंदौर रवाना कर दिया।

इंदौर इलाज के लिए आए मरीज रास्तेभर दर्द से तड़पते रहे, क्योंकि इन्हें देवास में भी इंट्राकेट तक लगाकर नहीं भेजा गया और एंबुलेंस में भी ध्यान नहीं दिया गया। घायलों से मिलने के लिए अस्पतालों में उपमुख्यमंत्री जगदीश देवड़ा, मंत्री तुलसी सिलावट, विधायक राजेश सोनकर आदि पहुंचे। इन्होंने मरीजों की हालत के बारें में जानकारी ली।

एमवायएच अधीक्षक डॉ. अशोक यादव ने बताया कि झुलसे हुए मरीजों में संक्रमण फैलने का खतरा अधिक होता है, इसलिए विशेषज्ञों की निगरानी में उनका इलाज किया जा रहा है।

यह मरीज हुए गंभीर घायल

एमवाय अस्पताल में भर्ती 75 से 90 प्रतिशत तक बर्न मरीज राम पुत्र मुकेश कुमार (20) निवासी ग्राम पुरनिया जिला अरेरिया (बिहार) – निरंजन पुत्र हीरालालराम (30) निवासी ग्राम पुरनिया जिला अरेरिया (बिहार) – अजय पुत्र नुनु पासवान (27) निवासी भवानीपुर जिला पासवान (बिहार) चोइथराम में भर्ती मरीज अमित देव(19) 15 से 20 प्रतिशत बर्न अमित कुमार मंडल(19) 10 से 12 प्रतिशत बर्नलालटू (22) आठ से 10 प्रतिशत बर्न रोशन (19)

20 से 25 प्रतिशत बर्न लापरवाही

  • जिस बर्न यूनिट में भर्ती गंभीर मरीज, वहां का एसी खराब मरीजों को इलाज के लिए एमवाय अस्पताल के बर्न यूनिट में भर्ती किया गया, लेकिन यहां भी बड़ी लापरवाही देखने को मिली। बर्न यूनिट का एसी ही खराब है। जबकि बर्न हुए मरीजों के लिए वार्ड में एसी अत्यंत आवश्यक है। इससे संक्रमण का खतरा कम होता है।
  • वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था के तौर पर अस्पताल प्रबंधन की ओर से वहां दो कूलर लगाए गए, लेकिन विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक बर्न यूनिट में कूलर से आने वाली नमी और हवा का तेज बहाव कई बार मरीज के लिए नुकसानदायक हो सकता है। खासकर गंभीर जलन वाले मरीजों में संक्रमण का खतरा बढ़ सकता है। तेज हवा से घाव सूखने या दर्द बढ़ने की समस्या हो सकती है।
  • यूनिट में घायलों से मिलने जनप्रतिनिधि पहुंचे तो उन्हें भी गर्मी का अहसास हुआ। पीआईयू को कई बार पत्राचार, लेकिन नहीं दिया ध्यान इस बर्न यूनिट का निर्माण पीआईयू द्वारा किया गया है, लेकिन अस्पताल प्रबंधन को अभी तक हेंडओवर नहीं हुई है। एसी के संबंध में पीआईयू विभाग के कार्यपालन यंत्री को कई बार पत्राचार किया जा चुका है।
  • प्रबंधन ने लिखा कि डीन कार्यालय द्वारा नवनिर्मित बर्न यूनिट में स्थापित एसी की इंडोर एवं आउटडोर क्षमता संख्या, ग्यारंटी, वारंटी की रेखाचित्र की मांग की जा रही है। लेकिन अभी तक दस्तावेज उपलब्ध नहीं करवाने के कारण एसी का वार्षिक रखरखाव का अनुबंध लोक निर्माण विभाग के माध्यम से नहीं किया जा सका, जिसके कारण एसी काम नहीं कर रही है। यदि अग्नि दुर्घटना अधिक होने तथा बर्न यूनिट में मरीजों के अत्यधिक आने की संभावना बनी रहती है, जिसके चलते एसी का संचालन आवश्यक है।

    • फैक्ट्री में नहीं थी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था

    • हादसे में घायल स्वजन का कहना है कि फैक्ट्री प्रबंधन द्वारा कोई सुरक्षा व्यवस्था नहीं थी। घायल निरंजन के भाई नवीन ने बताया कि हम बिहार के रहने वाले हैं, हमें धूल-मिट्टी से संबंधित काम का झांसा देकर यहां लाया गया था। लेकिन यहां बारूद के बीच काम करवाया गया।
  • भीषण गर्मी के बावजूद फैक्ट्री में पानी के छिड़काव तक की व्यवस्था नहीं थी। आग बुझाने का कोई साधन नहीं था। घटना के समय 15 लोग बारूद के कमरे में काम करते थे। स्वजन ने बताया कि धमाके के समय फैक्ट्री में करीब सात सौ मजदूर काम कर रहे थे। घटना के बाद मदद करने के बजाय सुपरवाइजर और ठेकेदार फरार हो गए। मौके पर नौ ड्रम बारूद खुला रखा हुआ था।

In the fourth quarter, she could hardly miss.</p></div><div class="duet--article--article-body-component"><p class="duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1">Clark scored 17 of her 32 points, including five 3-pointers, in a wild final frame of regulation and dragged the Fever back into a game against the Mystics they looked set to lose. Her fifth 3-pointer was the biggest of the night as it forced overtime in the waning seconds.</p></div><div class="duet--article--article-body-component"><p class="duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1">Even though Clark’s heroics would not be enough as the Fever fell to Washington in the extra session in one of the best finishes of the young WNBA season, it still highlighted just how quickly things can change with Clark on the floor.</p></div><div class="duet--article--article-body-component"><p class="duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1">“I felt like I could have made another like five [threes],” Clark said postgame. “They’re all like right there and, obviously, it’s great to break through and get some to go down.”</p></div><div class="duet--article--article-body-component"><p class="duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1">Clark hit a pair of threes on successive possessions midway through the first quarter. The only point she didn’t directly create was a Monique Billings free throw…which came on a foul after a Clark pass. She would go on to assist or score on 18 of the first 21 points for the Fever as they pulled themselves back into the game.</p></div><div class="duet--article--article-body-component"><p class="duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1">Her third three gave the Fever a short-lived 70-69 lead. By the time she connected on her fourth three, the Fever trailed by four with just over 90 seconds left. This is our responsibility. We’ve got to be disciplined the entire game. We’ve got to be disciplined every possession. We’re taking chances. We’re fouling shooters who are about to shoot tough shots. We’ve got breakdowns in coverages. We’ve got to find combinations of players and rotations that’s net efficiency can be good.</p></div><div class="duet--article--article-body-component"><p class="duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1">“We can’t wait to play defense in situations where we feel good and we’re making shots. It seems like we’re making shots and everything’s flowing and we’ve got energy on the defensive end, and when we’re not, we don’t. It’s got to be the other way around.
