नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, इंदौर। राजा रघुवंशी की हत्या को अंजाम देने की मुख्य आरोपित सोनम रघुवंशी को शिलांग की सेशन कोर्ट से जमानत मिलने के बाद अब राज कुशवाह भी जमानत के लिए सेशन कोर्ट पहुंचा। बुधवार शाम 4 बजे को राज के वकील ने सेशन कोर्ट में जमानत के लिए आवेदन दिया और इस पर सुनवाई भी हुई। हालांकि कोर्ट ने अभी आदेश सुरक्षित रखा है। गौरतलब है कि सोनम रघुवंशी को बेल मिलने बाद राज कुशवाह सहित अन्य चारों आरोपित भी कोर्ट से जमानत लेने का प्रयास कर रहे है।

कानूनी पेंच और अंडर ट्रायल का आधार

गौरतलब है कि अंडर ट्रायल मामले में किसी भी आरोपित को एक साल से ज्यादा जेल में रखा नहीं जा सकता। इस ग्राउंड पर भी आरोपित बेल लेने का प्रयास करेंगे। जमानत मिलने के बाद सोनम मंगलवार रात को जेल से रिहा हुई। अभी शिलांग के होटल में अपने पिता देवी सिंह के साथ रुकी हुई है। गौरतलब है देवी सिंह अपने भतीजे के साथ शिलांग गए है। उन्होंने ने कोर्ट में सोनम की जमानत के लिए 50 हजार रुपये का मुचलका भरा था।

चेहरे पर स्कार्फ और सार्वजनिक स्थलों से दूरी

सोनम अभी सार्वजनिक रूप से बाजार या अन्य स्थानों पर नहीं जा रही है। होटल से बाहर निकलते समय भी वो चेहरे पर स्कार्फ पहने रहती है। उसे मालूम है कि राजा रघुवंशी हत्याकांड के बाद शिलांग के लोग भी उसे आसानी से पहचानते है। उत्तर प्रदेश व मप्र आई एसआईटी की प्रक्रिया पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। सोनम रघुवंशी को उत्तर प्रदेश व राज कुशवाह व अन्य अारोपितों को गिरफ्तार मप्र आई मेघालय पुलिस की प्रक्रिया पर सवाल उठ रहे है।

पुलिस और एसआईटी की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल

एसआइटी में मौजूद अधिकारियों ने आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार करने के सही धाराएं नहीं लगाई। इस वजह से कोर्ट में आरोपितों को रिहा होने का मौका मिल गया। वही इस मामले में मेघालय पुलिस के एसपी विवेक स्याम पर भी सवाल खड़े हो रहे है। यदि वो इस मामले में गंभीरता देख तथ्यों व दस्तावेजों की जांच करते तो अारोपितों को आसानी से बेल नहीं मिलती।

So that means that each team has played just one game since Sunday afternoon.</p> </section><section id="section-3"> <p>That game was won by Baltimore with Tuesday night’s 5-3 decision.</p> </section><section id="section-4"> <p>The Astros, who are 3-8 in their last 11 games, would like to see outfielder Brice Matthews build off that game when he produced three hits, including a home run.</p> </section><section id="section-5"> <p>“I feel like I could do that each and every night, but baseball, it’s not going to go your way each and every night,” Matthews said.</p> </section><section id="section-6"> <p>With an array of injuries impacting the Astros, manager Joe Espada said Matthews could become a spark.</p> </section><section id="section-7"> <p>“I keep saying, when he finds barrel to ball, he’s exciting to watch,” Espada said. “He’s a very explosive player. He can change outcomes of the game when he learns to be more consistent making contact.”</p> </section><section id="section-8"> <p>The Astros also hope that third baseman Isaac Paredes can get rolling. Even though he went 0-for-4 on Tuesday, he had hits in six of seven games prior to that.</p> </section><section id="section-9"> <p>“Sometimes it takes a little bit of time,” Espada said. “He’s starting to heat up, and he knows he can do damage and he’s doing some damage.”</p> </section><section id="section-10"> <p>Baltimore has had catcher Adley Rutschman with a hot bat. He has racked up multiple hits in three of five games with 10 runs batted in since returning from the injury list.</p> </section><br/><section id="section-11"> <p>“With Adley, it’s just taking his hits,” manager Craig Albernaz said. “Staying on the off-speed, driving it the other way.
