इंदौर टावर उपकरण चोरी केस में दिल्ली के सीलमपुर से मास्टरमाइंड गिरफ्तार, 8 करोड़ की हेराफेरी का खुलासा

नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, इंदौर। इंदौर अपराध शाखा ने शहर में करोड़ों रुपये कीमत वाले 3जी मोबाइल टावर उपकरण की चोरी के मामले में अंतरराज्यीय गैंग के फरार आरोपित को दिल्ली से दबोच लिया। आरोपित इंतजार मलिक लंबे समय से उत्तर प्रदेश और दिल्ली में छिपकर फरारी काट रहा था। गिरोह के अन्य सदस्यों को पुलिस पूर्व में गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है।

क्या है मामला

डीपीसी (अपराध) राजेश त्रिपाठी के अनुसार वोडाफोन आइडिया लिमिटेड के जनरल मैनेजर अंबरीष तिवारी की शिकायत पर उपकरण चोरी का एक केस दर्ज किया गया था। आरोपितों ने ठेके के नाम पर मध्य प्रदेश के अलग-अलग शहरों में लगे कंपनी के टावरों से करीब आठ करोड़ रुपये कीमत के 3जी उपकरण निकालकर गोदाम में जमा करने के बजाय चोरी कर लिए।

ये लोग हो चुके हैं गिरफ्तार

क्राइम ब्रांच की टीम ने तकनीकी साक्ष्यों के आधार पर बिहार, दिल्ली, छत्तीसगढ़, झारखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश और हरियाणा में लगातार दबिश दी। इससे पहले पुलिस गैंग के पांच सदस्यों- इमरान मलिक, उस्मान मलिक, आबिद मलिक, राकेश उर्फ सचिन कुमार सिंह और संजीव कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है।

पूछताछ में आरोपितों ने चोरी का माल दिल्ली के सीलमपुर स्थित स्क्रैप बाजार में बेचने की बात कबूली थी। इसके आधार पर पुलिस ने फरार आरोपित इंतजार मलिक को कर्दमपुरी, दिल्ली से गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

सीलमपुर में स्क्रैप का कारोबार

आरोपित पिछले 10 वर्षों से सीलमपुर में स्क्रैप का कारोबार कर रहा था और कक्षा छह तक पढ़ा है। फिलहाल क्राइम ब्रांच ने आरोपित को रिमांड पर लेकर पूछताछ शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस को उम्मीद है कि इस गैंग से जुड़े अन्य आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी भी जल्द हो सकती है। मामले में आगे की वैधानिक कार्रवाई जारी है। पुलिस को शक है कि चोरी के उपकरण विदेश तक सप्लाई होते हैं।
