ऐसा माना जा रहा है कि सरकार, वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशों को बैकडेट में जाकर एक जनवरी 2026 से लागू कर सकती है। अगर ऐसा होता है तो केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को 20 महीने का एरियर मिल जाएगा। अगर सरकार 2.57 फिटमेंट फैक्टर को मंजूरी देती है तो एरियर के तौर पर बड़ी रकम मिल जाएगी।इस स्थिति में लेवल-10 कर्मचारी को 20 महीने की अवधि के लिए करीब 17.62 लाख रुपए का एरियर मिल सकता है। वहीं कर्मचारी संगठनों द्वारा मांग किए जा रहे 2.86 फिटमेंट फैक्टर की स्थिति में एरियर का आंकड़ा और बड़ा हो सकता है।
