अमरकंटक एक्सप्रेस से 10 लाख का सामान चोरी: एयरपॉड की लाइव लोकेशन से पकड़ाया चोर; आभूषण, नकदी और दस्तावेज बरामद – Jabalpur News

जबलपुर रेलवे स्टेशन की जीआरपी पुलिस ने चलती ट्रेन में हुई लाखों की चोरी का खुलासा दो घंटे के भीतर कर दिया। आधुनिक तकनीक का इस्तेमाल करते हुए पुलिस ने एक शातिर चोर को गिरफ्तार किया और उसके पास से लगभग 10 लाख 47 हजार रुपए के आभूषण, नकदी और महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज बरामद किए। जानकारी के अनुसार, बजरंगपुरा (इटारसी) निवासी 33 वर्षीय नीलेश मालपानी अपनी पत्नी मानसी मालपानी के साथ अमरकंटक एक्सप्रेस (12853) में यात्रा कर रहे थे। जबलपुर रेलवे स्टेशन के पास किसी चोर ने उनकी पत्नी के पर्स से सोने का हार, कान के टाॅप्स, चार सोने की अंगूठियां, ब्रेसलेट, एप्पल कंपनी का एयरपॉड, आईफोन चार्जर, नकदी और महत्वपूर्ण पहचान पत्र चुरा लिए। शिकायत पर जीआरपी थाना जबलपुर ने तुरंत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की। एयरपॉड से पुलिस को मिली लाइव लोकेशन पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए रेलवे स्टेशन के सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाले और तकनीकी साक्ष्यों की मदद ली। इस दौरान चोरी हुआ एप्पल एयरपॉड पुलिस के लिए सबसे बड़ा मददगार साबित हुआ, जिसकी लाइव लोकेशन ट्रेस की गई। लोकेशन और सटीक सूचना के आधार पर जीआरपी ने शिवनगर, गोहलपुर क्षेत्र में घेराबंदी कर दबिश दी। वहां से 40 वर्षीय संदेही रितेश आसवानी उर्फ कालू उर्फ अमित को धर दबोचा गया। कड़ाई से पूछताछ करने पर आरोपी ने अमरकंटक एक्सप्रेस में चोरी की वारदात को अंजाम देना स्वीकार किया। पुलिस ने आरोपी के कब्जे से करीब 10.47 लाख रुपए का पूरा सामान सुरक्षित बरामद कर लिया। आरोपी रितेश आसवानी एक आदतन अपराधी है, उसके खिलाफ पूर्व में भी कई आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं।
