A handwritten note allegedly connected to Jeffrey Epstein has resurfaced after being released through court records, immediately triggering another wave of skepticism, conspiracy theories and public distrust surrounding the convicted sex offender’s 2019 jail death.

According to reports, the note was obtained and published after years under seal as part of former Epstein cellmate Nicholas Tartaglione’s criminal case.

The New York Times reported that the document was discovered by Tartaglione following an earlier jail incident involving Epstein weeks before his death inside a Manhattan federal jail in August 2019.

But even the outlet acknowledged a major problem: nobody has authenticated that Epstein actually wrote it.

The handwritten message contains bizarre and emotionally erratic phrases that many online say do not resemble Epstein’s known writing style.

Among the statements included in the note:

“They investigated me for months — FOUND NOTHING!!!”

“It is a treat to be able to choose one’s time to say goodbye.”

“Watcha want me to do — Bust out cryin!!”

“NO FUN – NOT WORTH IT!!”

The strange phrasing and tone immediately fueled suspicion across social media, where users questioned both the handwriting and the overall authenticity of the document.

Some pointed to apparent differences between the note and known samples of Epstein’s handwriting.

Others argued the casual slang and exaggerated punctuation seemed inconsistent with the disgraced financier’s public persona.

The release has reignited long-running doubts surrounding Epstein’s death, which authorities officially ruled a suicide despite years of public skepticism fueled by security failures, broken cameras, sleeping guards and Epstein’s connections to powerful political, financial and celebrity figures.

Critics online blasted the sudden appearance of the note years after Epstein’s death, arguing it only deepens public mistrust surrounding the entire case.

“This whole thing gets stranger every year,” one commenter wrote.

Another added: “They release an unauthenticated note six years later and expect people not to ask questions?”

The New York Times and court filings both reportedly noted that the document remains unverified as Epstein’s writing.

No independent forensic confirmation of the handwriting has been publicly released.

The renewed controversy comes as public fascination with Epstein’s death and his network of elite associates continues years after the financier was found dead in his jail cell while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.
