उत्तर प्रदेश में SIR में 2 करोड़ वोटर्स के नाम कटने पर सियासी घमासान, बड़ा सवाल किसका फायदा, किसका नुकसान?<p style="text-align: justify"> <p style="float: left;clear: both"> <p style="position:relative;color: #fff"> <img align="" alt="" class="imgCont" height="675" src="https://nonprod-media.webdunia.com/public_html/_media/hi/img/article/2026-04/11/full/1775894190-3997.jpeg" style="border: 1px solid #DDD;margin-right: 10px;padding: 1px;float: left;z-index: 0" title="" width="1200" /></p> </p> <br /> उत्तर प्रदेश में अखिकारकार लंबे इंतजार के बाद एसआईआर की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो गई है। करीब 166 दिन चली एसआईआर की पूरी प्रक्रिया में प्रदेश दो करोड़ 5 लाख वोटर्स के नाम कट गए है। विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (SIR) के बाद शुक्रवार को चुनाव आयोग ने जो अंतिम मतदाता सूची जारी की उसमें कुछ वोटरों की संख्या 13.39 करोड़ रह गई है, जबकि एसआईआर की प्रक्रिया से  पहले प्रदेश में कुल वोटरों की संख्या 15.44 करोड़ थी, यानि एआईआर की प्रक्रिया में  कुल 2.05 करोड़ नाम हट गए, जो पहले के कुल मतदाताओं का 13.27 प्रतिशत है।जिन वोटर्स के नाम कटे है उसमेंं  3,50,436 फॉर्म में गलतियों की वजह से कटे हैं। 3,28,350 मतदाता गैर-मौजूद रहे। 79,076 नाम 2 जगह थे। 55,865 लोग मृत पाए गए। 2269 की उम्र 18 साल से कम मिली।</p> <p style="text-align: justify">  </p> <p style="text-align: justify"> अगर चुनाव आयोग की ओर से जारी अंतिम मतदाता सूची पर नजर डालें तो 7.3 करोड़ यानी 54.54 प्रतिशत पुरुष मतदाता हैं, जबकि 6.09 करोड़ यानी 45.46 प्रतिशत महिला मतदाता शामिल हैं। वहीं आयोग का कहना है कि SIR प्रक्रिया के तहत मृत, स्थानांतरित, डुप्लीकेट और अनट्रेसेबल मतदाताओं के नाम हटाए गए हैं, ताकि मतदाता सूची को अधिक सटीक और पारदर्शी बनाया जा सके।</p> <p style="text-align: justify">  </p> <p style="text-align: justify"> <strong>लखनऊ में सबसे अधिक कटे वोट-</strong> SIR की इस प्रक्रिया में लखनऊ में सबसे ज्यादा 9.14 लाख मतदाता कम हुए हैं। SIRसे पहले लखनऊ में 39,94,535 वोटर थे। जबकि अंतिम ड्राफ्ट सूची में 27,94,397 नाम रह गए। अंतिम सूची में 2,85,961 नाम बढ़े। इस हिसाब से यहाँ कुल 9,14,177 नाम कटे हैं। अब कुल 30,80,358 मतदाता रह गए हैं। वहीं वोटर्स के नाम कटने में प्रयागराज जिला दूसरे नंबर पर है। SIR से पहले यहाँ 46,92,860 मतदाता थे। ड्राफ्ट सूची में 11,56,306 नाम कट गए और मतदाता 35,36,554 रह गए। अंतिम सूची में 3,29,421 नाम बढ़े।<br /> <br /> इसके बाद कानपुर नगर में 6.87 लाख, आगरा में 6.37 लाख और गाजियाबाद में 5.74 लाख मतदाता कम हुए हैं। प्रतिशत के लिहाज से डिप्टी सीएम ब्रजेश पाठक की लखनऊ कैंट विधानसभा सीट पर सबसे ज्यादा 34.18% वोटर कम हुए हैं। संख्या के हिसाब से देखें तो आईटी मंत्री सुनील शर्मा की साहिबाबाद विधानसभा सीट पर सबसे ज्यादा 3,16,484 मतदाता कम हुए हैं। पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में सुनील शर्मा सबसे अधिक मतों से जीते थे।</p> <p style="text-align: justify">  </p> <p style="text-align: justify"> <strong>2 करोड़ वोट कटने पर सियासी घमासान-</strong>वहीं यूपी में दो करोड़ से अधिक वोट कटने पर अब सियासी घमासान तेज हो गया है। समाजवादी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने गंभीर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि इतनी बड़ी संख्या में वोट कटना सामान्य प्रक्रिया नहीं हो सकती। सपा सुप्रीमो अखिलेश यादव ने SIR की पूरी प्रक्रिया पर सवाल उठाते हुए भाजपा पर संवैधानिक संस्थाओं के दुरुपयोग का आरोप लगाया है। अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि बीजेपी जब मुद्दों से हारने लगती है तो वह इंस्टीट्यूशंस के पीछे छिपकर वार करती है। भाजपा ईडी-इनकम टैक्स और सीबीआई के नाम पर भी पूरी तरह एक्सपोज हो चुकी है। भाजपा चुनाव आयोग से मिलकर चुनाव लड़ती है। यूपी के उपचुनाव में वोटों की लूट और डकैती हुई थी. एसआईआर के नाम पर फर्जी दस्तखत के जरिए समाजवादी पार्टी के वोट कटवाए गए हैं।<br /> <br /> अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि शिकायतों के बावजूद चुनाव आयोग कोई कार्रवाई नहीं कर रहा है। इन सबके बावजूद बीजेपी को जैसे लोकसभा में हराया, वैसे ही 27 के चुनाव में भी हराएंगे. बीजेपी वाले अभी यह समझ नहीं पा रहे हैं। जहां बीजेपी है, वहां पीड़ा है और जहां पीड़ा है, वहां PDA है। PDA सामाजिक न्याय का राज लाने के लिए काम करता रहेगा।उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि इससे विशेष वर्गों के मतदाता प्रभावित हुए हैं और यह लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था के लिए चिंता का विषय है। अखिलेश यादव ने हटाए गए मतदाताओं की पूरी सूची सार्वजनिक करने, नाम दोबारा जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया आसान बनाने और पूरे मामले की स्वतंत्र जांच कराने की मांग की है।</p> <p style="text-align: justify">  </p> <p style="text-align: justify"> वहीं अखिलेश यादव के बयान पर प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष पंकज चौधरी ने तीखी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि जब-जब समाजवादी पार्टी चुनावी मैदान में जनता का विश्वास खोती है,तब-तब वह लोकतांत्रिक संस्थाओं पर अनर्गल आरोप लगाकर अपनी जिम्मेदारी से बचने का प्रयास करती है। उन्होंने कहा कि सच्चाई यह है कि देश की संवैधानिक संस्थाएं पूर्णतः स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष तरीके से कार्य कर रही हैं तथा उन पर सवाल उठाना लोकतंत्र को कमजोर करने का प्रयास है। वहीं फर्जी वोट कटवाने के आरोपों परपंकज चौधरी ने कहा कि यह पूरी तरह से निराधार और मनगढ़ंत कहानी है। जनता  समाजवादी पार्टी जैसी नकारात्मक सोच वाली राजनीति को पूरी तरह नकार कर भाजपा को अभूतपूर्व जीत दिलाने के लिए मतदान करेगी।</p> <p>  </p>
