Following Outdoor Voices Founder Ty Haney’s return to relaunch the brand, its popular exercise dress is now selling at Sam’s Club for $22, 78% below its normal retail price. Safilo to Acquire Spy+ and Serengeti

Safilo Group has entered an agreement with Bollé Brands to acquire Spy+ and Serengeti, two U.S. brands operating in the sports, outdoor and high-end eyewear segments. Together, Spy+ and Serengeti generated sales of approximately $39 million in 2025. Kiko Milano has named Marcelo Gutierrez as its first global makeup artistry creative director. Gutierrez is known for working with Madonna, Charli XCX and Lily Rose-Depp, among others. Roc Nation and FIT Announce Winner of Student Design Competition

Roc Nation and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) announced the winners of a design competition hosted by Roc Nation, exclusively for FIT students. Beatrice (Xuan) Mak, Fashion Design BFA, won first place and was awarded a $20,000 grant from Roc Nation. One of her designs will be developed and available at retail later this year.
