OPPO Reno 15 Series Key Specs Confirmed

OPPO Reno 15 Series Key Specs Confirmed

OPPO is set to launch the Reno 15 Series soon, with a renewed focus on clean design, durability, and everyday usability. The lineup is expected to include three models, the Reno 15 Pro, Reno 15 Pro Mini, and the standard Reno 15, each aimed at offering a premium look while staying comfortable to use on a daily basis.

Key Specs of the OPPO Reno 15 Series

The Reno 15 Series is expected to lean heavily into nature-inspired design. OPPO will reportedly offer colour options influenced by sunsets, glaciers, night skies, and aurora-like light patterns. All three models are said to feature a one-piece sculpted glass back, which should give the phones a premium feel without making them bulky or uncomfortable to hold.

One of the standout design changes is expected to be OPPO’s new HoloFusion Technology. This approach applies a layered visual effect directly to the glass back, adding depth and texture that changes subtly as light hits the surface. The phones are also expected to feature OPPO’s Dynamic Stellar Ring camera layout, which uses a square-ring design around the camera module. Rather than sticking out awkwardly, the camera housing is designed to blend into the back panel for a cleaner overall look.

Colour options will vary depending on the model. The Reno 15 Pro is expected to arrive in Sunset Gold and Cocoa Brown finishes. The Reno 15 Pro Mini will reportedly stick with Cocoa Brown while adding Glacier White, which features a subtle three-dimensional ribbon-like pattern. Meanwhile, the standard Reno 15 is expected to come in Glacier White, Twilight Blue, and Aurora Blue, drawing inspiration from night skies and aurora effects.

Display & Durability

Across the lineup, OPPO is expected to use AMOLED displays with FHD+ resolution, 10-bit colour depth, and adaptive refresh rates that can scale up to 120Hz for smooth scrolling and animations. When content is static, the refresh rate is expected to drop to save battery life. Brightness levels will also adjust automatically, with the Reno 15 Pro and Pro Mini reportedly offering up to 600 nits of typical brightness, boosting to 1,800 nits outdoors and peaking at 3,600 nits. The standard Reno 15 is expected to top out at around 1,200 nits in bright conditions.

Durability is also expected to be a focus this time around. The Reno 15 Series will reportedly use OPPO’s All-Round Armour Body, which includes an internal shock-absorbing structure designed to reduce damage from accidental drops. This will be paired with an aerospace-grade aluminium frame, offering better strength than plastic frames without adding extra weight.

Reno’s First Pro Mini Variant

OPPO Reno 15 series

For the first time, OPPO is expected to introduce a Pro Mini model in the Reno lineup. The Reno 15 Pro Mini is aimed at users who want a compact phone without giving up premium materials or features. It’s said to feature a 6.32-inch AMOLED display with ultra-slim bezels measuring as little as 1.6mm, resulting in a screen-to-body ratio of 93.35 percent.

Despite its compact size, the phone is expected to feel solid in hand. It will reportedly weigh around 187g and measure 7.99mm in thickness, making it easier to use one-handed compared to larger phones.

The rest of the lineup is expected to stay slim as well. The Reno 15 Pro is said to measure just 7.65mm thick and weigh around 205g. The standard Reno 15 will reportedly measure 7.77mm in the Glacier White and Twilight Blue variants, with the Aurora Blue version coming in slightly thicker at 7.89mm. All versions are expected to weigh close to 197g.

Welcome to your guide to Pips, the latest game in the New York Times catalogue.

Released in August 2025, Pips puts a unique spin on dominoes, creating a fun single-player experience that could become your next daily gaming habit.

Currently, if you’re stuck, the game only offers to reveal the entire puzzle, forcing you to move on to the next difficulty level and start over. However, we have you covered! Below are piecemeal answers that will serve as hints so that you can find your way through each difficulty level.

How to play Pips

If you’ve ever played dominoes, you’ll have a passing familiarity with how Pips is played. As we’ve shared in our previous hints stories for Pips, the tiles, like dominoes, are placed vertically or horizontally and connect with each other. The main difference between a traditional game of dominoes and Pips is the color-coded conditions you have to address. The touching tiles don’t necessarily have to match.

The conditions you have to meet are specific to the color-coded spaces. For example, if it provides a single number, every side of a tile in that space must add up to the number provided. It is possible — and common — for only half a tile to be within a color-coded space.

Here are common examples you’ll run into across the difficulty levels:

  • Number: All the pips in this space must add up to the number.

  • Equal: Every domino half in this space must be the same number of pips.

  • Not Equal: Every domino half in this space must have a completely different number of pips.

  • Less than: Every domino half in this space must add up to less than the number.

  • Greater than: Every domino half in this space must add up to more than the number.

If an area does not have any color coding, it means there are no conditions on the portions of dominoes within those spaces.
