Some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment are celebrating the inaugural TIME100 Sports list!
Prince Harry, LeBron James, Ciara, Russell Wilson, Lindsey Vonn, Alysa Liu, Jalen Brunson, and many more stars attended the TIME100 Sports Gala on Thursday night (July 16) at Pier 60, Chelsea Piers in New York City.
LeBron received support from wife Savannah James, while Ciara walked the red carpet with husband Russell. Other couples in attendance included Jalen and wife Ali Marks Brunson, Kristin Juszczyk and husband Kyle Juszczyk, Madison Chock and Evan Bates, and Witney Carson and Carson McAllister.
The event celebrated TIME‘s first-ever list of the 100 Most Influential People in Sports, which recognizes athletes, coaches, advocates, investors, and other figures shaping the sports world.

Prince Harry was one of the attendees at the inaugural TIME100 Sports Gala, honored for his work with the Invictus Games, the international adaptive sporting competition he founded for wounded and sick service personnel and veterans. His appearance comes just days after his private reunion with King Charles and Queen Camilla in England.
Inside the gala, LeBron delivered closing remarks, while Prince Harry, Alex Morgan, Alysa Liu, and Jalen Brunson were among the stars who spoke onstage.
Harry went solo to the red carpet event, as his wife Meghan Markle was not in attendance. He took time to chat with TIME CEO Jessica Sibley at the gala, sharing his candid response to England losing to Argentina and thus losing its shot at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
When asked if he was sad about the loss, he said, “of course.”
