मध्य प्रदेश सरकार नए वित्त वर्ष के पहले महीने में एक बार फिर मंगलवार को 2800 करोड़ रुपए का कर्ज उठाने जा रही है। यह कर्ज दो किस्तों में 1600 करोड़ और 1200 करोड़ रुपए के रूप में लिया जाएगा। पहला कर्ज 8 साल और दूसरा 22 साल के लिए होगा जिसके ब्याज की अदायगी छमाही की जाएगी। सरकार ने अभी 31 मार्च 2026 की स्थिति में कर्ज का खुलासा नहीं किया है। मंगलवार को लिए जाने वाले दोनों ही कर्ज 31 मार्च 2025 की स्थिति में 4 लाख 14 हजार करोड़ रुपए के कर्ज के आंकड़े के आधार पर लिए जा रहे हैं। नया वित्त वर्ष शुरू होने के बाद 15 दिन के भीतर मोहन यादव सरकार ने एक बार फिर 1800 करोड़ रुपए का कर्ज आरबीआई के जरिए लिया है। सरकार को इस ऋण राशि का भुगतान 15 अप्रैल को किया गया। यह लोन दो अलग-अलग किस्त 1200 करोड़ और 600 करोड़ के रूप में लिया गया है। इसके पहले 31 मार्च 2026 को वित्त वर्ष खत्म होने के पहले एक माह में सरकार द्वारा 18700 करोड़ का लोन लिया गया था। इसके पहले 28 मार्च को राज्य सरकार ने रामनवमी पर 2500 करोड़ का लोन 14 साल के लिए लिया था। वित्त विभाग द्वारा जारी नोटिफिकेशन में सरकार पर 31 मार्च 2025 को कर्ज 4 लाख 14 हजार 611 करोड़ रुपए बताए गए हैं, जबकि इसके पहले लिए गए सभी ऋण में 31 मार्च 2025 की स्थिति में कर्ज 4 लाख 21 हजार 740 करोड़ रुपए बताया गया था। इसके पहले 17 मार्च को दो अलग-अलग कर्ज 4100 करोड़ रुपए के लिए गए हैं। 10 मार्च को 1900 करोड़ रुपए 10 साल के ब्याज पर तो 1700 करोड़ रुपए 14 साल और 2200 करोड़ रुपए 21 साल की अवधि के लिए कर्ज लिया। तीन मार्च को होली पर 6300 करोड़ रुपए के चार अलग-अलग कर्ज लिए गए थे। वित्त विभाग द्वारा किए गए नोटिफिकेशन के मुताबिक, तीन मार्च को पहला लोन 1800 करोड़ का लिया गया। इसी तरह दूसरा कर्ज 13 साल के लिए 1600 करोड़ रुपए का, तीसरा कर्ज 1300 करोड़ का 15 साल के लिए और चौथा कर्ज 1600 करोड़ रुपए का 23 साल के लिए लिया गया है। इस तरह कुल 6300 करोड़ का कर्ज लिया गया, जो गत वित्त वर्ष में लिए गए एक दिन के कर्ज में सर्वाधिक रहा है।
