तमिलनाडु की विधानसभा सीट अविनाशी पर मध्य प्रदेश भाजपा के नेताओं की नजरें लगी हुई हैं। दरअसल इस सीट से केंद्रीय सूचना और प्रसारण राज्य मंत्री डॉ. एल मुरुगन चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं, जो मध्य प्रदेश से राज्यसभा के सदस्य हैं। मुरुगन चुनाव जीतते हैं तो नियमानुसार 14 दिन के भीतर उन्हें यह तय करना पड़ेगा कि वे राज्यसभा सीट पर रहेंगे या फिर जीती हुई सीट के साथ विधानसभा में जाएंगे। भाजपा उन्हें तमिलनाडु में एक प्रभावशाली नेता के रूप में देखती है, इसलिए यह माना जा रहा है कि मुरुगन अपनी राज्यसभा की सीट खाली करेंगे। इस वजह से मध्य प्रदेश भाजपा के कई नेताओं की निगाहें इस विधानसभा सीट पर हैं। 

आईपीएस फेरबदल में जुड़ेगा सिंगरौली का सबक! 

मध्य प्रदेश में अगले कुछ दिनों में आने वाली आईपीएस अफसरों की तबादला सूची में निश्चित तौर पर सिंगरौली का सबक दिखाई देगा। सूत्रों की मानें तो पंद्रह जिलों के एसपी और तीन से चार रेंज के आईजी बदले जा सकते हैं। सूची पर तमाम मशक्कत हो चुकी है, लेकिन अब ताजा हालात भी प्रभाव डाल सकते हैं। इसमें खास है एक सप्ताह पहले सिंगरौली में दिनदहाड़े हुई बैंक डकैती की वारदात। इसके बाद अंदरखाने की खबर है कि मौजूदा पुलिस अधीक्षकों और रेंज आईजी स्तर के अफसरों के कामकाज की नए सिरे से समीक्षा की जा रही है, जिसका असर तबादला सूची में दिखाई दे सकता है।

गांवों में रात्रि विश्राम से कलेक्टर-एसपी का परहेज!

सरकार की मंशा है कि प्रशासनिक व्यवस्थाओं की जमीनी हकीकत को जानने के लिए कलेक्टर-एसपी गांव में रात्रि विश्राम करें। कलेक्टर-कमिश्नर कॉन्फ्रेंस में मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव भी इसको लेकर निर्देश दे चुके हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा है कि कलेक्टर-एसपी गांव में रुकें, चौपाल लगाएं और ग्रामीणों से सीधे संवाद करें। ऐसे में अब यह देखना दिलचस्प होगा कि मुख्यमंत्री की चेतावनी के बाद आगामी दिनों में कितने कलेक्टर-एसपी रात्रि विश्राम गांव में करते हैं!

जनगणना के काम को देखते हुए तबादला नीति की मशक्कत 

मध्यप्रदेश में तबादलों का सीजन फिर आ गया है। कुछ ही दिनों में सरकार की ‘तबादला-नीति’ सामने आने वाली है। माना जा रहा है कि 15 मई के बाद करीब 1 माह के लिए तबादलों पर से प्रतिबंध हटा रहेगा। इस बार जनगणना का काम भी बीच में आ रहा है। प्रस्तावित तबादला नीति में खास बात यह रहेगी कि भारत सरकार के निर्देशानुसार जनगणना के काम में लगे मैदानी अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों के तबादले नहीं होंगे। नीति को इस महीने के अंत तक या अगले महीने के पहले सप्ताह में राज्य मंत्रि परिषद की बैठक में रखा जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव की तरफ से मंत्रियों-विधायकों को संदेश दिया जा चुका है कि तबादलों को लेकर जिस तरह पिछले साल व्यवस्था थी, लगभग वैसी ही रहेगी।

But Banks suffered another foot injury at the NFL Combine, and many believed his stock had dropped as a result.</p> </section><section id="section-11"> <p>The Vikings, though, clearly saw the impressive movement skills Banks showed off at the combine and jumped at the chance to draft him.
