How long it took for Charlie Puth to sing the National Anthem at Super Bowl 60

The big day is here and the 2026 Super Bowl kicks off in just a few minutes. The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots will face off in Super Bowl 60, but before the kickoff and before even the coin toss, we heard singer-songwriter Charlie Puth performing the National Anthem.

Puth completed the Star-Spangled Banner in 1 minute, 52.23 seconds at the 2026 Super Bowl. He is releasing a new album later this spring, but he got a chance to appear on the biggest stage of them all. Ahead of that performance FanDuel Sportsbook offered odds on length, and several other scenarios. They set the over/under at 119.5 seconds (1:59.30), which is right about where the song ended last year. This year he went UNDER the anthem. Jon Batiste sang the anthem in 1 minute, 59 seconds, which came in under the over/under of 120.5 seconds. Notably, I clocked it at 1:59.47, which would have gone over this year’s number.

You catch FanDuel timing the Anthem below:

FanDuel is offering five prop bets related to the Anthem, although they are only available in Ontario, Canada. The props are as follows, and we’ll provide results as they come in based on the Fox feed I’m seeing in the US:

Length (over/under 119.5 seconds): 1:51.37 (Over -110/Under -110)
Length of last “brave” note sung by Puth: Over 3.5 seconds -122, Under 3.5 seconds +100
First coach shown on broadcast during anthem: Mike Vrabel -142, Mike Macdonald +116
First QB shown on broadcast during anthem: Drake Maye -160, Sam Darnold +160
Player or coach shown crying during the anthem: Yes -230, No +184

#MLB #Reacts #Tarik #Skubal #change #future #MLB">MLB Reacts: Tarik Skubal could change the future of MLB There is really nothing like the trade deadline in MLB. Yes, other leagues have an in-season deadline, and it can be a season defining moment for those leagues as well, but in Major League Baseball the ripple effect of a deadline deal could last for a decade or more. Teams at the deadline are basically debating between their ability to win a championship in the next two years vs. five years down the road. Those are the stakes for every trade involving an All-Star level talent. But this year has at least the possibility of a trade that would hit the league like a tornado. The Detroit Tigers are currently 50-57, six games back in the A.L. Central and four games out of the Wild Card. Far from insurmountable, but with the amount of teams in their way it would be a heavy lift. It’s been a letdown season for the Tigers who had World Series aspirations. Now they are faced with an organization defining decision. Should they trade arguably the best pitcher in baseball?Tarik Skubal is a two-time Cy Young winner who is still four months away from turning 30-years old. He could, if healthy, be in his prime for at least another five seasons. That’s five seasons of an ace who can lead a team through the postseason. That kind of pitcher isn’t often available, and any trade would require an absolute haul of prospects and young talent in return. It would take an all-in move by a team ready to win now and not worried about depleting their Minor League organization. On the other side of the coin, the Tigers aren’t a team that looks to be in desperate need of a rebuild just yet. There is plenty of talent on that team in a division that feels gettable in the near future. But with the uncertainty looming next season, maybe the time is right to cash in?For this week’s MLB Reacts survey, we want to know if you think the Tigers WILL trade Skubal before this year’s deadline. Get your answer’s in quick and be on the lookout for results later this week! #MLB #Reacts #Tarik #Skubal #change #future #MLB

Wimbledon reached a record-high attendance of 550,151 over the Grand Slam tournament’s two weeks, up slightly over last year, the All England Club said Tuesday.

Attendance at the 139th edition of tennis’ grass-court major was aided by the first rain-free Championships since 2019. The total attendance was 1,381 more than in 2025.

Wimbledon still trails in total attendance compared to the other three Grand Slams.

The main draw of this year’s Australian Open attracted more than 1.1 million fans. Last year’s U.S. Open drew more than 900,000 and the main draw for the 2026 French Open was 589,500.

The other three feature main-draw competition over 15 days; Wimbledon remains at 14 days. The rival tournaments also hold their qualifying events on site in the week prior, allowing them to host more fans and boost revenues. Wimbledon’s qualifying event is off site.

The All England Club said daily attendance records were set this year on Days 7 and 12 — as well as on Day 14 when Jannik Sinner beat Alexander Zverev in the men’s final. A day earlier, Linda Noskova defeated Karolina Muchova in an all-Czech women’s final.
