A jaw-dropping video from the streets of Birmingham has gone viral, capturing the moment a powerfully built shirtless man aggressively orders two police officers to ‘f*ck off’ only for them to meekly retreat without making an arrest.

The extraordinary three-minute clip, filmed in broad daylight in Lozells, shows the muscular man, who appears to be working out with boxing gloves and doing press-ups on the street, confronting the officers as they approach him.

In the footage, the man, bare-chested and wearing a cap and dark trousers, stands his ground and unleashes a tirade. ‘F*ck off!’ he shouts repeatedly at the pair, a female officer wearing a hijab and her male colleague with a beard. The officers, dressed in high-visibility vests, hesitate, pick up what appear to be discarded items from the ground, and eventually return to their patrol car before driving off, leaving the man to continue his street workout unimpeded.

The incident has sparked fury online, with many accusing Britain’s police of operating a ‘two-tier’ system where certain demographics appear untouchable while law-abiding citizens, particularly native Brits, face heavy-handed treatment for far less.

Lozells, a heavily diverse and deprived area of Birmingham with a high BAME population including significant Afro-Caribbean, Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities, has a long history of tension. It was the scene of riots in 1985 amid racial unrest and high unemployment, and continues to report elevated crime rates, particularly violence.

Locals have described the man as a familiar figure, possibly seeking TikTok fame or dealing with mental health issues, but critics argue that is no excuse for officers failing to enforce basic public order.
