MP के अस्पतालों को राहत, 6 महीने तक बिना NABH सर्टिफिकेट भी होगा इलाज, CM मोहन यादव ने दी मंजूरी

राज्य ब्यूरो, नईदुनिया, भोपाल। आयुष्मान भारत योजना से संबद्ध अस्पतालों को एनएबीएच प्रमाण पत्र नहीं होने के बाद भी अगले छह माह तक रोगियों का उपचार करने की छूट दी गई है। अस्पताल संचालकों की मांग पर मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने एक दिन पहले ही उन्हें राहत देने की बात कही थी।

अब आयुष्मान भारत योजना का संचालन करने वाली स्टेट हेल्थ एजेंसी ने जिन अस्पतालों की संबद्धता समाप्त की थी, उन्हें फिर से शामिल कर लिया गया है। हालांकि, शर्त यह है कि उन्हें अगले छह माह में कम से कम एंट्री लेवल का एनएबीएच प्रमाण पत्र हासिल करना होगा। ऐसा नहीं करने पर योजना से बाहर हो जाएंगे।

80 अस्पतालों की संबद्धता बहाल

आयुष्मान भारत योजना के सीईओ मयंक अग्रवाल ने बताया कि इंदौर, भोपाल, ग्वालियर और जबलपुर के ऐसे 80 अस्पताल हैं, जिनकी संबद्धता फिर से बहाल कर दी गई है। उल्लेखनीय है कि यह प्रमाण पत्र अस्पतालों की गुणवत्ता के लिए क्वालिटी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के अंतर्गत आने वाले नेशनल एक्रेडिटेशन बोर्ड फॉर हॉस्पिटल्स एंड हेल्थ केयर प्रोफेशनल्स के द्वारा दिया जाता है। इसके तीन स्तर होते हैं। पहला एंट्री लेवल, दूसरा प्रोग्रेसिव और फिर अंतिम। रोगियों से जुड़ी सुविधाएं, उपचार के प्रोटोकॉल, लेबर रूम, ऑपरेशन थिएटर आदि की व्यवस्थाएं, संक्रमण रोकथाम सहित विभिन्न मापदंडों पर मूल्यांकन करने के बाद ही यह प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाता है।

सरकार ने दी मोहलत

सरकार द्वारा इसे अनिवार्य किए जाने के बाद कुछ अस्पताल संचालक हाई कोर्ट चले गए थे, लेकिन कोर्ट से भी उन्हें राहत नहीं मिली थी। कोर्ट ने कहा था, गुणवत्ता के लिए यह प्रयास किया जा रहा है, इस कारण एनएबीएच से छूट नहीं दी जा सकती है। उल्लेखनीय है कि आयुष्मान योजना में 800 से अधिक निजी अस्पताल अनुबंधित हैं, जिनमें अभी सिर्फ चारों महानगर के लिए इसे अनिवार्य किया गया था।
