Indore News: रोज 87 लोग हो रहे साइबर क्राइम का शिकार, इंदौर क्राइम ब्रांच के आंकड़ों ने चौंकाया

इंदौर शहर में साइबर ठगी के मामले जिस तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं, उसने पुलिस और प्रशासन की चिंता बढ़ा दी है। केवल मार्च माह के आंकड़ों पर नजर डालें तो क्राइम ब्रांच के पास साइबर धोखाधड़ी की कुल 2600 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई हैं। इसके अनुसार शहर में हर दिन लगभग 87 लोग साइबर अपराधियों के जाल में फंसकर अपनी गाढ़ी कमाई गंवा रहे हैं। हालांकि पुलिस लगातार जागरूकता अभियान और साइबर पाठशाला के माध्यम से लोगों को सचेत कर रही है, लेकिन अपराधियों के नए-नए तरीके आम जनता पर भारी पड़ रहे हैं।

शेयर ट्रेडिंग और अतिरिक्त आय का लालच फंसा रहा

ठगी के इन मामलों में सबसे ज्यादा मामले शेयर ट्रेडिंग के नाम पर सामने आ रहे हैं। साइबर अपराधी अतिरिक्त आय का लालच देकर लोगों को निवेश के लिए उकसाते हैं। हैरानी की बात यह है कि इन शिकार होने वालों में केवल कम पढ़े-लिखे लोग ही नहीं, बल्कि डॉक्टर, इंजीनियर, बड़े व्यापारी और बड़ी संख्या में घरेलू महिलाएं भी शामिल हैं। लालच के इसी चक्रव्यूह का फायदा उठाकर ठग लाखों रुपयों पर हाथ साफ कर रहे हैं।

ठगी के नए तरीके आ रहे

अपराधी अब केवल पुराने तरीकों तक सीमित नहीं हैं। अब बिजली कनेक्शन काटने, गैस कनेक्शन बंद होने या बैंक अधिकारी बनकर फोन करने के साथ-साथ एपीके (APK) फाइल का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। अपराधी पीड़ित को एक संदेहास्पद एपीके फाइल भेजते हैं। जैसे ही कोई व्यक्ति उस फाइल पर क्लिक करता है, उसके मोबाइल का पूरा एक्सेस ठगों के पास चला जाता है। इसके बाद बिना किसी ओटीपी के खातों से पैसे निकाल लिए जाते हैं। अक्सर पीड़ित को इस बात की भनक तब लगती है जब बैंक से पैसा कटने का मैसेज प्राप्त होता है।

1930 पर तुरंत करें शिकायत

राहत की बात यह है कि क्राइम ब्रांच अब त्वरित कार्रवाई कर रही है। यदि पीड़ित समय रहते पुलिस तक पहुंचता है, तो पैसों की वापसी संभव हो पा रही है। पिछले तीन महीनों में पुलिस ने ठगों के बैंक खाते ब्लॉक करवाकर लगभग पौने दो करोड़ रुपये रिफंड करवाए हैं। इसके अलावा, अब पीड़ितों के लिए ई-एफआईआर की व्यवस्था भी शुरू की गई है। नेशनल हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1930 पर शिकायत करते ही ई-एफआईआर दर्ज हो जाती है, जिसे बाद में संबंधित थाने में असल कायमी के लिए भेजा जाता है। इस नई व्यवस्था के कारण पिछले दस दिनों में ही इंदौर के विभिन्न थानों में 50 से अधिक केस दर्ज किए जा चुके हैं।

The RBC Heritage is played this week in its traditional post-Masters slot, and the newly added Cadillac Championship at Trump National Doral in early May makes for a more congested part of the calendar.</p> </section><section id="section-3"> <p>Justin Thomas, speaking to reporters Tuesday before he attempts to defend his RBC Heritage title, said it’s “not how (he) would prefer to draw it up,”</p> </section><section id="section-4"> <p>“The season is important,” Thomas said. “Obviously it’s very important for your FedEx Cup standing, how your season is going, getting into events, not in events, whatever it may be. But majors are kind of what guys will generally build their schedule off of, in a sense, of what they need to do to prepare for a major, and it’s also how kind of your legacy in the game is remembered for a lot of people.</p> </section><section id="section-5"> <p>“Going to very difficult courses into a major I don’t think is probably how it would be drawn up for a lot of guys, but it’s one of those things that it’s obviously — we’ve had some changes and probably will continue to see some in the next, I don’t know, couple years until it gets — it’ll never be perfect, but at least something that’s maybe a little more ideal for guys in their eyes.”</p> </section><section id="section-6"> <p>Thomas was alluding to the expected changes to the sport’s calendar being planned by the PGA Tour and the Future Competition Committee.</p> </section><br/><section id="section-7"> <p>Instead of eight or nine “signature events” with elevated purses, fixed fields and no cuts, the tour is looking into a two-track system that would ensure the best players are playing similar schedules of 21-26 events over the course of the season.
