I come into work after my day off. My manager asks me to talk to him in his office.
Manager: “You’re not in trouble. I need you to talk to a customer who left us a bad review. I think it’s a fake review to get free stuff. She’s coming in today.”
Me: “Okay. Isn’t this kind of customer service normally your job?”
Manager: “Read this email.”
